Which RICS Survey?

RICS Home Survey Level 2

Covers the main issues pertinent to the majority of conventional housing in the UK. Level 2 should be ample for the majority of homes built during the last 80 years.

We used GJS Dillon for the survey on our property in Bromsgrove which we are buying as first time buyer, and the whole process was quick, professional, and easy to understand.

The report was clear and detailed without being overly complicated. They also offered a one-to-one discussion to go through the findings, which was very helpful as first-time buyers.

Michael carried out a level 2 survey on an older Victorian property we are in the process of purchasing. The report was very detailed and it gave us advisories for any work that needs carrying out.
